Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@giftkartz.com within the 5-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Also include the Bank Account Details in which you want refund.
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products.
As part of the return process, we require a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or edits.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the bank account you have mailed us at the time of return.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.
